Week One Challenge - Off to a Good Start


WEEK 1 CHALLENGE
(For the week of April 18 – April 24)

This week's challenge is to help you start off on the right foot! 
I want you to have a successful first week so you can feel excited and confident as you move forward with your fitness and weight loss journey!

This challenge will also help you become familiar with the points system and the rules.

Step 1: Go to the Fitness in Friendship page and download AND print the “Fitness Challenge Rules & Point Systems."

Step 2: Go to the Fitness in Friendship page or to My Shape for Success blog and download AND print the “Tracking Sheet."

Step 3: Put the tracking sheet and rules sheet up in your home, where you can see it DAILY. 

Step 4: Take a picture of where you have posted your Tracker and Rules sheet AND email it to Andrea through Facebook Messenger, OR, you can post it on our Friendships in Fitness page.

Step 5: Keep track of your points for the week. If you have earned 65+ points, AND you have also completed steps 1-4, then you have completed the weekly challenge for this week! You will earn 5 extra bonus points!

Here's an example of a contestant posting their rules and tracking sheet up in their home! Show me your on board with your own picture, or share with our group!
