Week Two Challenge & Bonus - All About Stretching!

WEEK 2 of our Fitness Challenge is all about STRETCHING! 
I rarely make time to stretch, even when doing a tough workout. But stretching gives us a chance to calm our mind, improve range of motion, relieve tension, and increase circulation.
For our WEEKLY CHALLENGE, you need to do 10 minutes of stretching each day. I recommend looking online to find a stretch routine that works for you, either a visual guide or a video. You get one point each day for completing your stretch routine, with six points total this week (one day off). Here are the rules for our 10-minute daily stretch.
(1) If your workout starts or ends with a stretch, that DOES NOT count for your daily stretch routine. You need a separate time set aside for you to stretch each day in order to fulfill the challenge.
(2) You can either complete your stretch routine in one 10-minute session, or in two 5-minute sessions. Doing sporadic stretches throughout the day DOES NOT count.
(3) You must include at least FIVE different stretches in your routine, though I recommend more. Simply twirling your ankles at your desk for 10 minutes DOES NOT count.
For our BONUS this week, you can get an additional THREE bonus pointsif you complete a YOGA routine at some point during the week. Yes, more stretching! Once you complete the bonus, you can add those three pointsinto your Bonus box on your tracking sheet. Here are the rules for this week's bonus.
(1) The yoga class must be run by a yoga instructor, whether in a class setting or a video you find online. Making up your own yoga routine or following a visual guide DOES NOT count.
(2) Your yoga routine DOES NOT count toward your daily stretch routine. That is still a separate time set aside for you to stretch.
(3) The yoga routine must run a minimum of 30-minutes.
(4) Your yoga routine CAN count toward your daily exercise points.
